As part of the Zep Cleansters on Crowdtap, I was recently given a chance to sample and share two new Zep cleaning items: Zep Quick Clean Disinfectant and the Zep All-Around Oxy Cleaner and Degreaser! I was sent three sample sized spray bottles of the All-Around Oxy Cleaner and Degreaser, and two sample sized spray bottles of the Quick Clean Disinfectant.
Zep Samples!
I took the Zep samples to my parents’ house to share the cleaning power of Zep with them! My parents were excited to try the Zep cleaners, especially the Oxy Cleaner and Degreaser, since things can get quite grimy around the house.

We thought the best place to try out the power of Zep was in the kitchen, where grease easily builds up and can be difficult to get off. The cooking range/stovetop regularly has splatters and oil buildup on the surface, so we tried the Oxy Cleaner and Degreaser on the gunk!

We followed the directions and let the Zep sit for a minute on the surface…I could almost see the Zep cleaner at work, loosening the oil and lifting it off the surface.

On the first wipe, a good coat of oil and grime came away. But since the surface of my parents’ cooktop was so dirty, we had to repeat the application of Zep Oxy Cleaner and Degreaser twice more to get most of it completely off. Nevertheless, the end result was a great improvement!

I also tried the Zep cleaners on the stainless steel surfaces of the range cooktop. They worked well and left the surfaces shiny like a mirror! I could probably see my reflection on them!

We also used the Zep Quick Clean Disinfectant on counter and table tops, and it is perfect since the holiday season is rolling around along with the flu and other illnesses, which hopefully the disinfectant can help keep at bay! It’s nice to have a quick cleaner that kills germs effectively.

So overall, we were happy with the Zep Oxy Cleaner and Degreaser as well as the Quick Clean Disinfectant. Even though we had to use multiple applications of the Oxy Cleaner and Degreaser in order to get most of the grease off of the kitchen appliances, that is to be expected given how difficult the buildup can be to clean. My parents were more than happy to keep a few sample bottles around for quick cleaning jobs!
